D1B, SA1. Swansea Assisted & Retirement Village Living Apartments The proposal was to develop plot D1B for C2  use class, providing a retirement village setting  by constructing 130 apartments for sale on the  open market, with 62 being located within an  assisted living complex, together with  recreational and leisure facilities available to all  owners. The design provided an innovative and  sustainable layout on a prominent site adjacent  to the main thoroughfare, Fabian Way into  Swansea. The Project Value was 15.2 Million.
